Access your health record securely and communicate with us

The Patient Portal is a secure, encrypted online resource that enables you to communicate with doctors, nurses, and staff members. 


You will be given a secure User ID and password after your initial visit. This will allow you to access information from your medical record and communicate with our staff.

 

You can:


View your personal health record. Information may include visit summaries and diagnoses, lab results, and educational information.


Request prescription refills.


Ask questions of doctors, nurses, and staff members.


Request appointments.


Examine your current and past billing records.


Follow links to download the Healow mobile app from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android phone and tablet). Healow provides secure, encrypted access to the patient portal directly from your mobile device(s).
